I have been living in New Panvel East for a ling time. I am too excited for the upcoming DB Patil International Airport in Navi Mumbai. I endorse this locality. It offers every amenity, including excellent hospitals and schools. Love it.

I used to live in New Panvel East a few years back. Given that my office is there, its accessibility to other areas of Mumbai is really helpful. The fact that New Panvel East has a sound road network, commuting to & fro becomes easy.

New Panvel East boasts a reliable public transportation system. Overall, a decent location. But the roads need to be repaired. However, it has good livable environment. Has good connectivity as well. New Panvel East is very close to my heart

Given that New Panvel East is regularly patrolled by police, I will give it a score of 100 for overall safety. It is a good place to live in addition to having reasonable housing options. I adore being here.

Some slums and other civic issues persist here but the overall experience of any home buyer will be good. I can vouch for it. People are quite friendly here, especially the families with their children. Nice environment for settling down.

Was seeking affordable rental which is not too far from Navi Mumbai. Found it here and I can say that the living experience is decent. I am actually quite pleased by the peaceful nature of the area in spite of having industrial area nearby.

I have bought in the area and will shift soon. I work near Kalamboli and it is very accessible here. Roads are nice for driving and overall basic utilities are also coming up. So I will rate it highly.

First of all, the best quality of the place is traffic is very low in this area. environment is very pure. communication system is far better than many places in Mumbai.Even navi Mumbai international airport is supposed to gar ready by two to three years there.

This is a prime place to live. This place is also a well known place in Mumbai. very peaceful place. schools and colleges are near by. parks and gardens are also available in this area. buses and autos are easily available.
