Sector 4 is a residential area in Old Gurgaon, located along the Old Railway Road, Rezang La Marg and Dhanwapur Road. Comprising majorly of independent houses and builder floors, the sector also houses a few low-rise buildings. Sector 4 is one of the earliest residential Pockets of Gurgaon surrounded by lush greenery markets. The sector has close proximity to key employment hubs, including Unitech Infospace Complex, Cyber City and Udyog Vihar, Mgf Metropolitan Mall. Easily accessible railway and bus stations for movement of goods and people. The region is far away from the new Gurgaon area. Krishna Colony, Gurgaon; Dayanand Colony, Gurgaon are a few nearest localities. Sector 4 Gurgaon is an affordable housing hub offering ample residential floors and villas by homegrown builders. Orchid Business Park (9 km), Emaar Business Park (10 km) and Global Business Park (12 km) are close to the sector. Gurgaon Railway Station, operating on the Delhi-Jaipur line, is only 2 km from the sector via Old Railway Road. MG Road Station on the Yellow Line is about 9 km from the sector and connects to Rajiv Chowk and Kashmere Gate. Indira Gandhi International Airport is about 20 km from the sector via NH-48

  • When garbage workers go on strikes, waste is left unattended on the streets and can cause diseases. Huge piles of undesposed waste causes smell and irritation in the nearby areas.
  • Air quality is moderate and get poor during foggy winters.

New construction, In a peaceful society, Feels very safe, good local markets and malls nearby, railway station is not very far.

Like all of Gurgaon, not a lot of transport options available.Road might not be very wide, although very suficient.

Good things here

We have markets and malls near to our locality. The nearby schools are the best ones in Gurgaon. We enjoy a great dining of outlets nearby to our place. It’s a pleasure being associated with this place for many decades.

Looks like village with no proper sanitation of rain water. Big path holes in street. lack of street light .

This locality has commendable infrastructure. It has excellent connectivity to the others parts of the city. Many parks, employment hubs, schools, hospitals, and markets are located near this area. Air pollution is high here.
