It has all the basic amenities needed for day-to-day living, and the proximity to both commercial and industrial hubs adds to its convenience. The community in residential areas is close-knit, which adds to the neighborhood's charm.

Things need improvement

The downside of Singanpore is the presence of industrial zones, which lead to air and noise pollution. The area could use more green spaces and parks to improve the living environment. Traffic congestion during peak hours can be frustrating, and some parts of the area feel less secure due to insufficient lighting and police presence.
