Good things here

526 plots inside the grand township Velammal Bodhi Campus inside township 300 Meters from Chennai Thiurpathi Highway, 900 Meters from Chennai Peripheral Ring road, 900 Meteres from Thiruvallur Redhills highway

Things need improvement

Yet, a green life living based plot location, but the distance between highway matters. A school inside a township is a plus, but dont know how,,

The railway station is located within 2 km of the area. Frequent police patrolling takes place in the area. Too much traffic creates traffic congestion in the area. The railway station is clean and well-maintained by the Central government.

The bus stops are clean. Several grocery shops are located in the area, solving the basic needs of the local people. Schools, colleges, banks, and hospitals are all located near the locality. However, the unclean sewerage and piled-up garbage create pollution and mosquitoes in the area.
