No power back up when light was not there thus lift will not in operation while no electricity. No Gym facility. read more

One of the aspects I particularly like about this place is the sense of community and the blend of modern amenities with a touch of local culture. In the term of maintenance, the locality is generally well-kept and clean. The local authorities do a decent job of ensuring cleanness, but there are times when litreing can be an issue, especially in crowded areas like markets. Pollution levels are relatively low compared to other parts of Mumbai, but there is still room for improvement in terms of waste management and air quality. Street lights in Greater Khanada arr generally well-lit making it safe for walking post 9:00 p.m. This is specially important for residence who may need to commute or runs errands after dark. The accessibility of schools, malls, and restaurants in the locality is quite good, with a range of option available within a reasonable distance. The quality of roads in Greater Khanda varies, with some areas having well-maintained roads while others may have potholes or uneven surfaces.Traffic congestion can be an issue during peak hours, but overall, the situation is manageable.
