Absolutely new flat and Building. All three are master Bedroom full kitchen area is ready with Storage Cupboard. Beautiful View from all 3 Bedroom and Living room too also night view of city is amazing. Peacefull area that too within city

the quality of roads here are very good and also traffic are fully operated by traffic police and also street light are also fully working and well lit post 9pm.

in my opinion only one thing that I dislike is the aur pollution and noise pollution but that is minor issue at all

there is no any frequent power cut in this area and yes in safety manner it is good place also malla and school and easily accessible
