Good things here

good amenities and the excellent connectivity of the society. the nearby public transport schools and mons make it convenient for daily life. the green area is also nice providing a pleasant environment for residence.

Good things here

This locality has grown to feel like a well kept secret in mumbai. Nestled neat the serene powai lake,chandivali boasts a tranquil environment that's a rare find the bustling city. The development of residential complexes over the years had brought modern amenities while retaining a certain peaceful charm. Its connectivity is relatively good,with access to the western express highway making commutes to other parts of mumbai manageable.

Things need improvement

The growth in residential and commercial projects has led to increased traffic, particularly on the roads leading to the locality,causing congestion during peak hours. Noise from nearby construction sites and occasional crowd at local hotspots can sometimes disrupt the peaceful setting. Additionally,while the area is generally well developed,some parts still struggle with infrastructure issues, such as irregular water supply.

Prime location close to Powai Lake IIT Bombay and business hub with well maintain road and lots of green spaces secure gate community with 24 7 security affordable property price and utility cost basic amenities basic Amity is like market school and hospital distance vibran neighbourhood with cooperative resident

Things need improvement

Area faces traffic condition during its peak hours with lots of noise pollution proximity to eastern highway limited an inadequate parking space for resident and visitors managing committee not working properly

Good things here

This is the best locality i have ever seen in mumbai the restaurant hospital and local market are easily accessible the autos cabs and the public transport are easily available in day and night no electricity issue or water shortage issue faced well lit lights are available at night and no history of crimes in neighbourhood

The main things i didn't like about this locality are the roads are not well maintained properly potholes are there on roads and clogging of water during monsoon season makes things pathetic
