4,654 units to be sold in MHADA Konkan board lottery 2023

The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has announced that a total of 4,654 homes will be sold in the MHADA Konkan lottery 2023.

Of these, 984 units are part of the Prime Minister Awas Yojana (PMAY) scheme. Located across Kalyan, Virar and Thane, these units costs between Rs 14.96 lakh and Rs 21.15 lakh. Another 1,456 units will be sold from redevelopment projects by the Konkan board. These units are located across Navi Mumbai, Thane, Vasai and Virar.

Another 2,048 houses are made available in Virar in on a first-come-first-served basis.  Cost of these units are between Rs 23.29 lakh to Rs 41.81 lakh.

All documents have to be submitted at the time of registration and only verified documents will be eligible for the MHADA Konkan lottery 2023.
