Wealthy Indians are also showing interest in buying properties in Austria, Egypt, and Jordan. These countries offer citizenship through their investment programs. Ravi Ruia is an Indian Billionaire and the owner of Essar Group has recently bought a mansion in London. The price at which he bought this mansion is Rs 1,200 crore. This luxurious mansion is sold by Russian property investor Andrey Goncharenko who cracked his biggest residential deal and was also the previous owner of this property. The mansion’s name is The Hanover Lodge and is under construction as of now. According to a report this investment is the largest for Ruia’s family. Ravi Ruia and his brother Shashi Ruia have a combined net worth of $2.2 Billion. This estimate is as of June 2021.

He purchased this property in 2020 for an amount of 57 million pounds. This property is on the outskirts of London. The mansion looks like a castle and is currently being utilised as a hotel with 49 luxury rooms, three restaurants, and a 4,000 sq feet gym and fitness centre. Stoke Park has been used in the movie, too, and was the home of Queen Elizabeth I from 1581. There were many speculations that the Ambani family would move to Stoke Park.

This property has 25 bedrooms and is made up of four interconnected and six-storeyed white Georgian houses and was designed by architect John Nash.
