Under ‘Premium Services’, click on ‘Digitally signed 7/12, 8A, Ferfar and Property Card’ and you will reach https://digitalsatbara.mahabhumi.gov.in/DSLR.
Login, using your ID, password and captcha. Click on login to access your digitally signed 7/12 online Thane.
A user can also login using OTP. Select the OTP-based login. Enter your registered mobile number and click on ‘Send OTP’.
A message saying ‘OTP sent on your mobile’ can be seen onscreen. Enter the OTP you have received. Once you click on ‘Verify OTP’, you will reach the 7/12 digitally signed page.
Enter the district, taluka, village, search survey number/gat number, select survey number /gat number.
As you have to pay Rs 15 for every download of the 7/12 Thane certificate, check the balance first. If the balance is zero, click on ‘Recharge account’ to add money into your wallet.
