October 20, 2023: Actor Aamir Khan’s properties in two buildings in Bandra’s Pali Hill- Bella Vista and Marina Apartments are all set to go for redevelopment. Spread over around 0.8 acre, there are 24 apartments in the buildings. Of these, nine flats belong to actor Aamir Khan.
Atmosphere Realty, a joint venture (JV) between Wadhwa Group, MICL and Chandak will be undertaking the redevelopment project. These buildings will be demolished soon and construction of the new project will start soon.
Media reports mention that all home owners will get around 55-60% of extra area once the new redevelopment is done. Atmosphere Realty’s other projects include a premium project in Mulund, Mumbai.
According to Housing.com, property prices at Pali Hill are in the range of Rs 28,000 – Rs 90,000 per sqft.
