June 27, 2024: Actor Aamir Khan has bought a new property for Rs 9.75 crore in the same complex- Bella Vista Apartments, where the actor already owns nine apartments.
The property is ready-to-move-in and is spread across 1,027 square foot carpet area. The transfer deed was finalised on June 25. A stamp duty of Rs 58.5 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000 was paid towards this transaction.
Bella Vista Apartments is located in Pali Hill, an upscale locality in Mumbai’s Bandra. Aamir Khan with his entire extended family stay in the apartments- Bella Vista and Marina Apartments. Both these apartments are to go for redevelopment.
Atmosphere Realty, a joint venture (JV) between Wadhwa Group, MICL and Chandak will be undertaking the redevelopment project. These buildings will be demolished and construction of the new project will start by this year end. According to media reports, all home owners will get around 55-60% of extra area once the new redevelopment is done.
