September 21, 2023: Actor Ranbir Kapoor has leased an apartment on the 10th floor of Trump Towers in Pune for Rs 48 lakh annual rent, mention documents accessed by Zapkey.com. The apartment has a carpet area of 6,094 sqft.
The apartment was leased from Duroshox, with whom a leave and licence agreement was signed by the actor on September 15, 2023.

While currently the rent is Rs 4 lakh per month, as per the agreement, the monthly rental will increase to Rs 4.2 lakh in the second year and to Rs 4.41 lakh in the third year.
Located in Kalyani Nagar, Pune, the Trump Towers is a 23-storey building developed by Panchshil Realty. This is the first Trump Towers in India and consists of 46 units.
