May 11, 2034: Real estate company Ajmera Realty & Infra India today announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year that ended March 31, 2023. The company recorded a sales value of Rs 842 crore in FY23, marking a YoY increase of 95%. The sales value for Q4 FY23 stood at Rs 140 crore, up by 16% from Q4 FY22. The company’s sales volume grew by 50% YoY to 3,70,219 lakh sqft.
Ajmera Realty’s collections during the financial year stood at Rs 532 crore, up by 35% from FY22. The collections for Q4 FY23 increased by 11% YoY to Rs 103 crore. The profit after tax (PAT) increased by 58% YoY to Rs 72 crore, with PAT margin at 16%. The company’s debt decreased by 7% YoY to Rs 776 crore.
Ajmera Realty launched two projects for a gross development value (GDV) of around Rs 1,650 crore. It also acquired land at Vikroli East with a GDV of around Rs 550 crore. Dhaval Ajmera, director, Ajmera Realty, said, “This success is due to sales momentum gained in our existing as well as the new launches of Ajmera Manhattan and Ajmera Prive during the year, fast-paced execution and the strong demand for quality homes in the sector.”
“Looking forward, we are confident in our 5x growth strategy, with a promising launch pipeline of four projects with GDV of over Rs 2,000 crore. This includes our upcoming sales launch for Ajmera Eden during this quarter. We recently acquired a land parcel at Vikhroli East, which is expected to further fuel our growth journey,” added Ajmera.
