In April 2021, Citibank announced that it would be leaving the retail banking industry in 13 countries, including India. However, the bank pledged to keep providing the same level of client service.  One of its most practical services available is netbanking, which puts everything at your fingertips and allows you to utilise it whenever and wherever you are, so that your transactions are cashless and secure.

How to register for Citibank netbanking service?

Follow the below steps and get yourself registered for Citibank credit card netbanking:

  1. Visit Internet Banking | Online Banking Services | Citi India (citibank.co.in) .
  2. Click on login.
  3. A new web page opens. Click on the tab “First time user? Register Now” on the new interface.
  4. A new interface opens. Click on the credit card under the product information tab.
  5. It will ask for your credit card details- 16 digit card number, CVV, date of birth, click on the agree to terms and conditions box.
  6. Click on proceed.
  7. You will receive an OTP on your given mobile number. 
  8. Enter the OTP received by you and meanwhile verify the details.
  9. Now choose a User ID and IPIN or password that will be used in Citibank credit card login.

  1. Visit the Internet Banking | Online Banking Services | Citi India (citibank.co.in) site.

  5. Click on Login.

To check your credit card bill follow the steps below:

  1. Go for your Citibank credit card login.
  2. Click on the credit card tab and then a pop up menu is shown.
  3. Click on the “e-statement” option from the menu.

  5. Click on submit to view the bill.
