Emitra Rajasthan registration process

Visitors must first register on the eMitra portal, and then login to avail various services online.

The Government of Rajasthan has launched the eMitra Governance program, allowing individuals to benefit from numerous government schemes through a single window. With the eMitra portal, citizens can access government schemes easily and in a transparent way. eMitra is a gateway built by the Rajasthan government via which citizens of the state can access many online services utilising the PPP model.

What is eMitra Rajasthan?

The eMitra is a government portal, which enables the citizens of Rajasthan to apply for various services online, including water and electricity bill payment.

 

eMitra features

  • The eMitra portal can be accessed any day of the year
  • To utilise eMitra, one must register first. Post registration for eMitra, the login id and password are sent to the registered email address.

When it comes to the eMitra service, applicants can apply for practically all government services through the eMitra portal.

The eMitra site provides inhabitants of Rajasthan with access to more than 300 government services, such as Aadhar card, pan card, Income certificate, public hearing and training facilities to help train people to acquire skills, several eMitra kiosks provide the facility of cash withdrawal from Bhamashah accounts as well, Bhamashah card, caste certificate, residence certificate, water, gas utilities and electricity bill payment, mobile recharge, application for licence to sell fertiliser, application for SAIL, water storage tank subsidy application.

The eMitra services can be availed online and offline in 33 districts.

eMitra: Eligibility Criteria for eMitra Online 

To use the eMitra portal, citizens must first complete their eMitra registration to get their eMitra login id and password through email. Other eligibility criteria include:

  • The eMitra Rajasthan registration cable has been launched only for Rajasthan residents. 

 

  • To obtain an eMitra login id, the person must be at least 18 years old.

 

  • For eMitra services, you must know how to operate a computer. There must also be a permanent location for the eMitra Service Centre to receive eMitra services like a computer store or cyber cafe.
  • Must have passed the 10th standard.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is a must.

eMitra Registration: Documents required

It must be noted that eMitra and SSO are complementary to one another.

  • A voter ID card or an Aadhar card can be used to show that you are a citizen of Rajasthan (any other identity card can also prove that you are a citizen of Rajasthan.)
  • You can also utilise your Jan Aadhar card.
  • 10th mark sheet

  • 2 stamp paper of INR 100

Note: – To complete eMitra registration, you must first complete SSO registration.

  • If you already have an SSO ID Username, you can use the log-in option to access it; otherwise, you must use the Registration option to create a new ID.

  • If you click on the eMitra login button, you will have to enter your digital identity (SSOID/Username) and password. After that, enter the Captcha and click on Login.

  • If you select the eMitra registration option, a new page will appear in front of you, where you can apply for an SSO ID / E Mitra ID in a variety of methods, including:
  1. Citizen
  2. Udyog
  3. Government worker

 

eMitra citizen ID registration process

To complete eMitra Citizen Registration, click on the Citizen option. Once you click on Citizen, a list of options will appear in front of you under Citizen Registration

  • Jan Aadhar
  • Google Account
  • Facebook
  1. You can complete your eMitra Citizen Registration using any of the options accessible here. If you have Jan Aadhaar, for example, you must select Jan Aadhar from the drop-down menu.eMitra citizen ID registration process
  2. When you select the Jan Aadhar option, a new page will appear in front of you, where you must input your Janadhar ID or Enrollment ID and then click the Next button. 
  3. Enter all your information on the new page that appears.
  4. Click the submit button to complete your registration. 
  5. You will receive an SSO ID, eMitra ID, and be able to log in to your eMitra and access the services as soon as your registration is complete.

eMitra Udyog ID registration process

As soon as you choose Udyog as your industry, you will be presented with two options: Udyog Aadhar and BRN.

  • You can now register your eMitra SSO ID by selecting one of these two alternatives. 
  • To register using eMitra SSO ID Udyog Aadhar, for example, you must select the option with Udyog Aadhar; once you click on the Udyog Aadhar option, a new page will appear in front of you. 
  • Enter your Udyog Aadhar Number and Mobile Number here, then click the Next button. 
  • Enter all your information on the new page that appears. 
  • After completing all of the required information, click the submit button to complete your registration.

You will receive SSO ID, eMitra ID, as soon as your registration is complete, and you will be able to login to your eMitra and utilise the services. The eMitra Verification is necessary.

eMitra Employee registration process 

  • You must select the option with government employee; once you click on Govt. Employee, certain options will appear in front of you, such as SIPF, as seen below.
  • The option with SIPF must be selected to do eMitra Govt. Employee registration; after you click on SIPF, a new window appears in front of you, as shown below.
  • Here you must input your SIPF number and password before pressing the Next button. 
  • A new page will appear in front of you, on which you must enter all of your information. 
  • After completing all of the required information, click the submit button to complete your registration.
  • You will receive SSO ID, eMitra ID, as soon as your registration is complete, and you will be able to connect to eMitra and use the services.

  • On the home page, click on- Online verification section (Track transaction)
  • Enter your receipt number or transaction ID.
  • Click on submit.
  • The status appears in front of you.

  • On the new window, enter the relevant details.
  • Click on submit.
  • Your transaction history becomes visible.

  • Enter your district.
  • Click on submit.
  • The list opens up.

  • The Government of Rajasthan has also built the eMitra mobile application to give users with the eMitra service, which is available on Android, Windows, and iOS platforms.
  • Rajasthan residents can use the eMitra mobile application to access all of the company’s services.

If you wish to download the E Mitra mobile application, you must carefully follow the steps outlined below.

  • To get the eMitra mobile app, first, go to Emitrarajasthan’s official website, and click here to go to SSO EMITRA Rajasthan.
  • The website’s home page will appear in front of you as soon as you visit it.

  • Now you want to download the eMitra app on your Android phone, iPhone, or Windows phone. 
  • Let’s say you wish to get the eMitra app for Android. In this case, you’ll need to click on the Android eMitra App Download link.
  • The Android eMitra App Download link will open the eMitra Application on Google Play Store in front of you. 
  • You will be able to use this app after installing it on your phone by selecting the Install button.

 

How to earn from eMitra?

eMitra kiosks on an average earn Rs 25000 to 40000 every month. The government usually charges a nominal fee from the people operating the eMitra kiosk for ensuring the operations of the eMitra kiosk. The person operating the kiosk can also start services like lamination, etc., to earn extra money.

eMitra migrant registration service: Apply for e-pass online

Migrant workers can register themselves online on the official eMitra portal. They can download the Rajasthan E Mitra App or go to the website https://emitra.rajasthan.gov.in/emitra/home

For migrant registration option, login to the website and click on the ‘Registration of Migrants’ option. Applicants must fill an online application form by providing details such as name, age, gender, mobile number, source address and destination address.
