January 2, 2024: Actor Amitabh Bachchan has leased his newly bought commercial property at Oshiwara, Andheri to Warner Music India for an annual rent of Rs 2.7 crore, mention documents access through Propstack. The property is rented for five years starting March 2024.
Located on the 21st floor of the Lotus Signature building, Amitabh Bachchan bought four units with carpet area of 7,620 sqft for around Rs 28 crore. Bachchan had purchased this property in August 2023. Other actors including Ajay Devgn, Kajol, Kartik Aryan and Sara Ali Khan also invested in commercial properties in this building around the same time.
Amitabh Bachchan recently gifted his Juhu bungalow Prateeksha to daughter Shweta Nanda through a gift deed.
