August 28, 2023: Aparna Constructions and Estates on August 26, 2023, announced the launch of Aparna Synergy, a gated community of luxury apartments in Gandi Maisamma, Hyderabad. The real estate developer has invested Rs 2,200 crore in this residential project. Spread across 27.5 acre, this gated community features 3,345 Vastu-compliant apartments, including 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK and 3 BHK units, ranging from 1,251 sqft to 2,307 sqft.
Aparna Synergy marks the 65th residential project launched by Aparna Constructions and Estates. Located in central Hyderabad, this project enjoys good connectivity from Dundigal, Medchal and the HITEC City. According to the company statement, the project comes with an array of amenities.
