January 30, 2024: South India-based Aparna Constructions and Estates has announced the launch of two gated community apartment projects in Hyderabad. Named Aparna Newlands and Aparna Sarovar Towers, the projects will have a combined investment of Rs 2,425 crore. Located at Tellapur and Nallagandla, these projects collectively consist of more than 2,500 apartments, offering individual unit sizes ranging from around 1,475 sqft to 3,700 sqft.
Spanning over 14 acre, Aparna Newlands is located at Tellapur and shares excellent connectivity to the Outer Ring Road (ORR). This project boasts eight high-rise towers, each comprising 42 floors, totalling 1,976 units. It provides a selection of 2.5 BHK and 3 BHK apartments, with sizes ranging from 1475 sq. ft. for 2.5 BHK units to 1,991 sqft for 3 BHK units.
Aparna Sarovar Towers is a 50-floor high-rise located in Nallagandla. The project spans more than 5 acres, presenting a total of 585 units distributed among three towers. The units are available in configurations of 2,878 sqft (3 BHK + maid room) to 3700 sqft (4 BHK + maid room), featuring east and west-facing apartments. The project also includes amenities.
Rakesh Reddy, director, of Aparna Constructions and Estates, said, “Hyderabad has emerged as one of the most rapidly expanding cities in India, and the real estate sector across both residential and commercial segments has witnessed significant growth in recent times. Addressing the increasing demand for real estate, we are looking forward to our expansion from residential gated communities to commercial and retail this year. Our plan includes launching five additional projects, primarily focusing on gated communities and plots. These will be targeted at the premium / ultra-luxury segments.”
