Arisinfra and Vaishnavi Residences launch villa plots within Bangalore city limits

With a total development area of approximately 2,06,000 sqft, the project is anticipated to have a GDV exceeding Rs 200 crore.

September 9, 2025: Arisinfra Solutions’ subsidiary, ArisUnitern RE Solutions (Unitern), a development management partner, together with Vaishnavi Residences has announced the proposed launch of Arsh Greens—an exclusive community of villa plots within Bangalore city limits.

Spanning 4 acre, the project offers a rare opportunity for villa living within city limits. Strategically located in Yelahanka, one of Bengaluru’s most prominent neighbourhoods, Arsh Greens is just 20 minutes away from Phoenix Mall of Asia—one of Asia’s largest malls, spread across 1.2 million sqft and home to over 296 retailers.

With a total development area of 2,06,000 sqft, the project is anticipated to have a gross development value (GDV) exceeding Rs 200 crore. The launch will be during this festive season starting from Dussera.

The company will manage the entire project lifecycle, including achieving financial closure for the project, execution, operations monitoring, sales, customer relationship management (CRM), collections and unit handover. The project is fully compliant with all regulatory requirements, including RERA, and has achieved complete financial closure. Construction is expected to be completed within 24 months to 30 months. The release orders for the plots are expected by end of October 2025.
