January 20th, 2026: Real estate developer Arkade Developers has announced its plans for five new project launches for CY2026 across key locations in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). The combined projected Gross Development Value (GDV) for the projects is over Rs 3700 crore.
The projects will be located in prime localities such as Goregaon, Thane, Borivali, Malad and Santacruz. According to the developer, the total project cost for the development of the five projects stands at approximately Rs 2,500 crore. The five-project portfolio encompasses 4.41 million square feet (msf) of developable area and 1.4 msf of saleable carpet space.
As per an official statement, Arkade Developers handed over 650+ residential units during FY2024–25. During the year, the company also received four Occupation Certificates (OCs) for Arkade Crown, Arkade Aspire, Arkade Prime and Arkade Aura. The company has delivered 31 projects since inception, developing over 5.5 msf of real estate.
