June 6, 2024: Ashar Group has launched its new project ‘Ashar Merac,’ in ShreeNagar, also known as the Mulund Thane Corridor (MTC). This project sprawls over 11 acre, with phase one covering 4 acre. This MahaRERA registered project upon completion will feature over 2,000 residential units. The project possession is slated for 2028.
Designed by architect Hafeez Contractor, Ashar Merac has 1, 2, and 3-bedroom residences with sweeping decks, offering maximised living spaces that perfectly balance form and function.
Phase 1 of the project will feature over 1,10,000 square foot of amenities spread across three levels, providing residents with a variety of recreational options. One of the highlights of the project is ‘The Oasis,’ one of Thane’s largest podiums, which includes a massive swimming pool. Another standout feature is ‘The Nest’ on the 20th level, offering 25,000 sqft of luxurious amenities, including a yoga studio, open gym and stargazing deck.

The upcoming infrastructure projects include the Thane Bypass Road and the Twin Tube Tunnel from Thane to Borivali. ShreeNagar, MTC also serves as a residential extension of Wagle Estate, offering convenient access to both Mulund and Thane Railway Stations.
