September 6, 2023: Real estate developer, Ashiana Housing sets foot in Pune with its projects Ashiana Malhar and Ashiana Amodh, located in Hinjawadi and Talegaon respectively.
With an investment of around Rs 550 crore, the projects span a combined area of 23.26 acre. Ashiana Malhar, the premium housing project, is spread over 11.33 acre and will offer a total of 990 residential units. Phase I, comprising 224 units, will feature two and three-bedroom apartments with carpet areas ranging from 733 sq ft to 1,045 sqft. The company is also working on Phase 2 of Ashiana Malhar, as well as finalising the land acquisition for its next senior living project in Panvel.
Ashiana Amodh, covering 11.93 acre, will be developed in four phases with an investment of Rs 275 crore. The Phase I delivery is expected by October 2026 and will include 220 units with options such as 3BHK+2 toilets, 2BHK+2 toilets and 1BHK+2 toilets. The usable areas will vary from 637.34 sqft to 1,122.36 sqft.
Ankur Gupta, joint managing director of Ashiana Housing, said, “Our strategic focus on the western region is a testament to our commitment to meet the expectations of contemporary homeowners and senior citizens.”
Apart from these projects Ashiana Housing is also working on the Lavasa senior housing project and a housing project in Gujarat Halol.
