Real estate developer Ashiana Housing has launched its new project in Rajasthan capital Jaipur. To be developed in association with land partner Agarwal Marble Group, the Ashiana Ekansh project will be developed in phases. This is the 10th project by the company in a Tier-II housing market that has seen a great deal of demand traction in the past few years.
Located at the Mansarovar Extension region in the city, the Ashiana Ekansh project will be spread across 8.6 acre and offer 560 housing units across nine towers. The project would offer housing units in the 2, 3 and 4 BHK configurations, with the super area ranging from 1,306 sqft to 2,411 sqft. While the registration process for the project starts from January 15, 2023, sample flats and sales lounge are open for customer visits from January 1, 2023.
To be developed at an estimated cost of Rs 108.54 crore, Phase-I of the project will be ready for possession by 2026.
“With its premium apartments, landscaped green spaces, the clubhouse, and commercial zones, the project is all set to offer premium living at an upcoming lucrative real estate destination of Jaipur,” says Varun Gupta, whole-time director, Ashiana Housing.
