October 29th, 2025: Ashiana Housing, developer of senior living communities, has announced the launch of Phase 2 of its Active Senior Living Project, Ashiana Vatsalya, in Chennai. The project spans 2.73 acres, following the success of Phase 1, launched in March 2024, and has so far sold 205 of 258 units, generating sales value of over Rs 167 crore. It offers 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK apartments with all-inclusive prices ranging from Rs 75 lakh to Rs 1.61 crore.
According to the developer, 28 expressions of interest have already been registered for Phase 2, even before the official launch. The project is set to be launched in October 2025, with possession expected by July 2028 and RERA registration planned for April 2029. Of the total stock of 1,114 units, 430 have already been launched.
The development includes a 42,000 sq ft clubhouse, concierge services, 6.29 acres of park area, and over 40 lifestyle and sports amenities. The apartments have three-sided open layouts with 7-foot deep balconies in every unit. The project is located close to Kolavai Lake, with 66% of apartments offering lake views.
