All units in real estate developer Ashiana Housing’s new children-centric housing projects were sold out on the first day of the opening, the company said in a statement on October 10, 2022.
Located at Sector 93 in Gurgaon, the project, named Ashiana Amarah, has 224 units, corresponding to 3.95 lakh square foot of saleable area worth Rs 242 crore. Spread over 22 acres, the project has only 3 and 4 BHK residences, with carpet area ranging from 1,000 sqft to 1,408 sqft.
Located close to the NH-8 and the Dwarka Expressway, the project offers a variety of well-planned amenities for children of all age groups from 2 to 18 years, and adults, the New Delhi-based company said. Complete with luxury amenities, the project is based on four key attributes, including learn, nurture, care and support. The amenities in Ashiana Amarah focus on learning and development and nurturing talent among children.
