September 21, 2023: Bafna Motors sold a four-acre leasehold land to Greenscape IT Park for Rs 145.46 crore. The land is located in the TTC industrial area in Shirvane in Nerul in Navi Mumbai, as per documents accessed by real estate analytics firm, CRE Matrix.
A stamp duty of Rs 7.27 crore was paid by Greenscape IT Park for this transaction, whose registration took place on August 28, 2023.
According to a HT report, the land spreads across 16,200 sqm and includes built up area of 10,364.04 sqm across three plots.
Bafna Motors has the Tata Motors dealership in Navi Mumbai and Thane and sells commercial vehicles.
Greenscape is a Navi Mumbai based developer in the IT and IT enabled services (ITES) sector having projects like Cyber Code, Cyber One, Cyber Works and Techno City and CBD 614 in the satellite city.
