June 27, 2024: Real estate developer Brigade Group has announced the launch of Brigade Insignia, a premium residential project in Yelahanka, Bangalore. Brigade Insignia comprises six towers with 379 units of 3, 4, and 5 BHK apartments (Limited edition Sky Villas) spread across a 6-acre land parcel. According to the developer, the project has a revenue potential of Rs 1100 crore. The residences are designed to maximise light and ventilation while the expansive 6-acre campus ensures ample open space for residents.

The project offers access to the airport highway, metro stations, Manyata Tech Park, Manipal Hospital, Outer Ring Road (ORR), Yelahanka New Town and the Kempegowda International Airport (KIA). Brigade Insignia offers modern amenities such as a swimming pool, a kid’s pool, a spa and a fitness studio. The project also features recreational facilities such as a squash court, badminton court and a luxurious clubhouse with a gala hall and a multimedia room, a ballroom, table tennis facilities, and landscaped terraced lawns and sky gardens.
According to the developer, apartments at Brigade Insignia are available at a ticket size ranging from Rs 3 crore to Rs 9 crore. The project is expected to be completed in June 2029.
