Bund Garden Bridge

The Fitzgerald Bridge is situated right next to the garden. This spandrel arch bridge, which connected Bund Garden to China Garden in Pune in 1867, was built by the British Captain Robert S. Sellon of the Royal Engineers. At each end of the structure, which is constructed over the Mula-Mutha River, there is a statue of the Medici Lion. If you are visiting the Bund Garden, the bridge is a must-see attraction ornamented with arched gateways that give it a royal appearance.
