Real estate developer Casagrand has announced the launch of its children-themed housing project, Casagrand Hazen, on Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore. The project is spread over nine acres of land and offers 622 units of 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments priced at Rs 5,299 per sq. ft. According to the developer, the project has over 60 amenities for children.
The project comes with basement car parking and vehicle-free podiums to ensure the safety of kids and senior citizens. It offers over 100 amenities for the residents and several child-friendly amenities such as a bowling alley, play walk fun zone, rock climbing wall, cognitive play area, science park and congregation corner for the children. The project also has a 25,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, equipped with a rooftop swimming pool and gaming arcade. This project’s master and unit plan focus on aspects such as light, ventilation, privacy, views and Vaastu principles.
Casagrand Hazen offers connectivity to prime locations in the city, including JP Nagar, Jayanagar, BTM Layout NIMHANS and Dairy Circle. According to the developer, the project is a five-minute drive from the Gottigere metro station, a ten-minute drive from Jayanagar and a two-minute drive from Royal Meenakshi Mall.
