Casagrand introduces 10% – 90% payment plan for homebuyers

The scheme, with an extended timeline of up to 36 months based on the project for the final payment, benefits the buyers by enabling them to enhance their loan eligibility by improving their CIBIL score.

December 26th, 2024: Chennai-based real estate developer Casagrand has announced a 10% – 90% payment plan, enabling homebuyers to plan their finances when purchasing a residential property. According to an official release, the payment scheme, titled ‘Pay 10% Now, 90% Later’, will help homebuyers by reducing the double financial strain of paying rent and EMIs simultaneously. It will enable them to book their dream home by paying 10% of the cost upfront and defer the remaining 90% until project completion. The scheme is available exclusively for one week, which starts on December 26th, 2024 and ends on January 2nd, 2025.

The ‘Pay 10% Now, 90% Later’ scheme has been designed to equip homebuyers to focus on their financial goals while addressing some key challenges they face when buying a property. It eliminates the burden of hefty loan repayments and allows them to save, build their financial capabilities and even upgrade to a larger home that aligns with their future aspirations. Whether moving from a 2 BHK to a 3 BHK home or securing a prime unit that might not be available later, the payment scheme offered by Casagrand ensures the buyers’ financial journey is seamless as they move into a new home.

The developer’s approach aims to simplify the financial process for the buyers planning to get loans, ensuring flexibility and convenience. The scheme, with an extended timeline of up to 36 months based on the project for the final payment, benefits the buyers by enabling them to enhance their loan eligibility by improving their CIBIL score, liquidating existing assets at their convenience and avoiding the pressure of rushed decisions.

Buyers can visit the developer’s official website for further information.
