January 28th, 2025: Chennai-based real estate developer Casagrand has announced the launch of its first project in Tiruppur in Tamil Nadu. The project, Casagrand Highline, is located at Ammapalyam on the Avinashi-Tiruppur Road. It offers 137 units of 3 and 4 BHK apartments built in a B+G+12 floors structure along with 36 signature 4 BHK villas. The price of 3 and 4 BHK apartments starts from Rs 1.6 crore and Rs 3.5 crore for the 4 BHK villas.
The Casagrand Highline project has a 3.5-acre open space and a lush 58,000 square foot (sqft). There are landscaped gardens and spaces for outdoor activities, relaxation and social engagement. Each villa comes with an 800 sqft private garden and private pool. The project offers over 35 lifestyle amenities, including a 7000-sqft clubhouse, a 6500-sqft swimming pool with a deck area, a multipurpose hall, kids indoor play area, foosball, gym, mini theatre, among other modern amenities. The homes are designed to be Vaastu-compliant. The project also offers essential facilities such as car wash facilities, EV charging bays, a co-working space, etc.
According to the developer, the project is located in a prime location and is well-connected to key areas in Tiruppur, ensuring easy access to important landmarks, educational institutions, commercial hubs and transportation networks.
