Casagrand launches new residential project in Coimbatore’s Sulur

Casagrand Celest houses 233 affordable 2 and 3 BHK apartments ranging from Rs 54 lakh to Rs 64 lakh.

Real estate developer Casagrand on March 21, 2025, launched a new residential project Casagrand Celest in Sulur, Coimbatore. Spread across 2.66 acre, the project houses 233 affordable 2 and 3 BHK apartments ranging from Rs 54 lakh to Rs 64 lakh. Each home features full-height windows in the bedrooms, vitrified flooring, anti-skid tiles for bathrooms and balconies, and CP and sanitary fittings. Moreover, the RERA-registered project features private terraces for ground-floor apartments. 

Located just 10-15 minutes from Singanallur and Ondipudur and 600 meters from Trichy Main Road, Casagrand Celest offers easy access to Sulur, Singanallur, Ondipudur, and Kannampalayam. It enjoys close proximity to key educational institutions like RVS Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Bridgewoods International School, Air Force School Sulur, and PSG Institute of Technology.
