Launched between 2018 and 2022, people under this scheme who have not paid their installments can pay the remaining installment amounts by April 30, 2023 and can benefit from the waiver on delayed payment charges (DPS).

This amnesty scheme has been announced after repeated requests from people, however CIDCO maintains that April 30, 2023 will be the last date and the last chance too.

As most of the people who have not paid the DPS are from the EWS or LIG category, CIDCO has gone ahead and given this concession. While some lottery winners have paid a few installments, CIDCO mentions that many people have not even paid one installment.

Allotment letter for applicants who will pay the entire sum before the last date will be issued after verification. For people who don’t pay, allotment letters will be cancelled immediately.
