November 29, 2023:Â The City and Industrial Development Corporation (Cidco) conducted the lucky draw of the Inclusive Housing Scheme (IHS) on November 29, 2023.
The lucky draw results can be checked on https://lottery.cidcoindia.com/App/registrationView.do
Enter the application number and you will see the draw status on the Cidco portal.
To get approved for the final draw, applicants were asked to login to their account at lottery.cidcoindia.com and upload the required documents against each application they have applied for. Once, documents are uploaded, a hard copy of all the documents have to be submitted at the CIDCO Nivara Kendra office, any day between Monday to Friday from 10.30 AM to 5.30 PM or courier it.
Registration for IHS started on September 21, 2023 and under this scheme 181 units are given away. Of these, 164 units are to be allotted to the lower income group (LIG) and 17 are to be allotted to the (EWS).
