More than 12,000 applications have been received for the CIDCO lottery Ulwe Housing Scheme. Launched on October 24, 2022, by Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde, CIDCO lottery’s Ulwe Housing Scheme offers 7,849 houses in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai. These projects have great connectivity with other Navi Mumbai nodes and are at a walking distance from the Bamandongri and Kharkopar railway stations.
The last date to submit the application is December 23, 2022. However, it may be extended so that more people could avail of the benefit of the scheme.
The draw of lots for the scheme will be held on January 19, 2023.CIDCO
