Concorde launches Concorde Mayfair with a GDV of Rs 700 crore

The project offers 217 units of 2 and 3 BHK apartments spread across four towers comprising 14 floors each with over 60% open spaces.

June 3, 2024: Bangalore-based real estate developer Concorde has launched Concorde Mayfair, a premium mixed development offering high-rise residences, commercial spaces and high-street retail on Bellary Road, Yelahanka. Spread across 3.35 acre with a gross development value of Rs 700 crore, Concorde Mayfair embodies downtown living with neo-spaces and modern amenities.

Concorde Mayfair comprises 217 units of 2 and 3 BHK apartments spread across four towers comprising 14 floors each with over 60% open spaces. According to the developer, Concorde Mayfair incorporates Concorde’s SMART philosophy, focusing on sustainability and innovation with amenities like STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) implementation, rainwater harvesting for well and groundwater replenishment and the use of STP-treated water in flushes to aid in water conservation. Innovative water conservation solutions such as aerated water faucets and many more are also included. There are four levels of security to ensure the utmost safety and privacy.
