July 24, 2025: Concorde has announced the launch of Concorde Élevé, a 36-storey residential luxury project in East Bengaluru, with a development potential of around 3.2 lakh square foot (sqft) and a gross development value (GDV) of Rs 475 crore.
Spanning 2.16 acre with 70% open spaces and only four units per floor, Concorde Élevé will feature 136 residences with 3 and 4 BHK configurations, double-height interiors, and 20-ft balconies. Each smart home will integrate Alexa-enabled technology and app-controlled appliances, reflecting future-ready convenience. The project has a 15,000 sqft clubhouse featuring a business center, banquet hall, squash court, snooker room, yoga and dance studios, and indoor play zones for children.
Located on the prominent Old Madras Road (OMR), Whitefield corridor, the project is strategically located within reach of major metro stations and proximity to major business parks like ITPL and Bagmane Tech Park, retail hubs like Phoenix Marketcity, reputed institutions such as National Public School and VIBGYOR and healthcare centers including Vydehi and Manipal Hospitals.
