Danube Properties announces Bayz101 in Business Bay Dubai

The price for a studio unit starts from Rs 2.5 crore.

January 15, 2024: UAE-based Danube Properties has announced the launch of Bayz101, a 101-level mega-tall tower. Bayz101 will be Danube Properties’ 28th real estate project, and also its tallest project to date, the company said.

Located in Business Bay close to the Burj Khalifa, the project offers 1,346 homes. Set to be completed in 2028, it offers studio apartments, 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK, 4BHK and retail options.

With a starting at Rs 2.5 crore for studio units, the project’s total development value reaches above Rs 6,500 crore. With the company’s 1% monthly payment plan, Bayz101 ensures accessibility, making owning a home a reality for aspiring homeowners.

According to the company’s statement, Bayz101 will also offer more than 40 amenities, including a sports arena, working space, a business centre, a meeting place, a tennis court, a sky bar and doctors on call.

According to the company, with Dubai becoming a top choice for international investors, Danube Properties is witnessing increased demand from global investors, including 32% of Indians who have invested in the Danube Properties so far and availed the 1% plan. The company also aims to launch new marketing initiatives in India to educate potential buyers about the prospect of investing in Dubai and the Danube.

Dubai currently hosts three towers with more than 100 levels, including the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest tower, Marina 101 and Princess Tower.
