DDA to launch Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023

According to reports, the flats will have a price range of Rs 11 lakh to Rs 3 crore, depending on the area and the category.

November 6, 2023: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is planning to launch a special housing scheme around Diwali 2023, according to media reports. The authority will offer over 32,000 flats across various categories on a ‘first-come-first-serve’ basis. These flats will be located across different locations such as Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida and Greater Noida. In Delhi, the flats will be located in Dwarka Sector 19B, Dwarka Sector-14, Narela, Loknayak Puram and Vasant Kunj.

 

DDA housing scheme details

At present, around 24,000 flats are ready for occupancy. The flats in the upcoming DDA housing scheme will be available for different income groups, including Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Low-Income Groups (LIG), Middle-Income Group (MIG), High-Income Group (HIG), Super High-Income Group (SHIG), and luxury flats. The construction of the remaining 8,500 will be completed in the next six months, according to the media reports.

  • EWS category: Over 700 flats
  • MIG category: 900 flats
  • SHIG category: 170 flats
  • Penthouses: 14

Narela

  • EWS category: Over 700 flats
  • MIG category: 900 flats
  • SHIG category: 170 flats

Loknayak Puram

  • EWS category: Around 200 flats
  • MIG category: Around 600 flats

 

DDA housing scheme flats price

According to reports, the flats will have a price range of Rs 11 lakh to Rs 3 crore, depending on the area and the category.

  • SHIG flats will cost Rs 3 crore while HIG flats are likely to be priced at Rs 2.5 crore.
  • In the MIG category, the flats will have a price range of Rs 1 to 1.3 crore.
  • In the affordable or EWS category, the flats are likely to be priced at Rs 11-14 lakh.
  • In LIG category, the flats are likely to be priced between Rs 15 and 30 lakh.

 

How to apply for DDA housing scheme?

Interested applicants can visit the DDA’s official website https://dda.gov.in/ and register by providing their PAN and other details. Then, sign in using the login credentials and register for the scheme. One can also contact the call centre at 1800-110-332. Once the scheme is launched, one can check the website to get more information.
