August 13, 2024: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will offer 173 premium flats across different sectors of Dwarka, a neighbourhood in southwest Delhi, under its Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024. According to officials, as cited in media reports, the starting price of these apartments will be Rs 1.28 crore and will go up to Rs 2.5 crore.
The DDA flats offered under the Dwarka Housing Scheme will cater to various buyer segments, such as the middle-income group (MIG) and high-income group (HIG). The allotment of these flats will take place through e-auction. The DDA will announce the date and schedule of registrations for the scheme and the e-auction.
As per media reports, the authority will offer MIG and HIG category flats under DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024 in Sectors 14, 16B and 19B of Dwarka through an e-auction process. The premium flats will be part of a larger scheme where the DDA is offering 40,000 flats.
Under the DDA’s General Housing Scheme 2024, the authority is offering flats across various categories, including HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS. These flats will be located across different locations in Delhi, such as Jasola, Loknayakpuram and Narela. A total of 5400 housing units will be offered at 2023 prices, starting at around Rs 29 lakh.
