DLF records net profit growth of 40% in Q4FY23

The company witnessed new sales bookings of Rs 15,058 crore with a YoY growth of 107%.

Real estate developer DLF recorded a consolidated revenue of Rs 6,012 crore while the net profit was up 36% at Rs 2,053 crore, according to the financial results announced for FY23. The consolidated revenue for the fourth quarter (Q4) was Rs 1,576 crore, while the net profit grew 40% to Rs 581 crore. The company’s EBITDA stood at Rs 518 crore for Q4 and Rs 2,043 crore for FY 2023.

Further, the company witnessed a 210% YoY growth in new sales bookings for the residential business at Rs 8,458 crore, with cumulative new sales of Rs 15,058 crore for the financial year.

According to DLF, the luxury residential units in the project Arbour at Sector 63, Gurugram, were entirely sold out during the pre-formal launch phase, with new sales bookings registering more than Rs 8,000 crore.

The consolidated revenue of DLF Cyber City Developers Limited rose to Rs 5,419 crore in FY23, recording a growth of 19%, while the consolidated profit recorded for the year was Rs 1,429 crore, up 43%.
