Following an encouraging response from two successive shows, the Dubai Land Department will hold the third edition of the Dubai Property Show in Mumbai this November. Supported by established Dubai developers, the property exhibition will be held from November 3-5, 2017, at the Bandra-Kurla Complex, Mumbai. The exhibition will feature a diverse range of properties from residential and commercial to land, focusing on the concepts of luxury, class and comfort.

The expo has become widely popular among Indian investors keen on exploring Dubai’s real estate market.
Indians have been the largest non-GCC property buyers in Dubai. Last year alone, the Dubai Property Show in Mumbai generated enquiries worth Rs 2,136 crores. Indian investors made 10,628 transactions worth more than Rs 36,312 crores in Dubai property, between January 2016 and the end of June 2017.
Exhibitors participating in the third edition of Dubai Property Show in Mumbai include Falcon City of Wonders, Dubai Properties, Dubai Investments, MeydanSobha, MAG Property Development and Tebyan Real Estate Development LLC. Nakheel PJSC, Azizi Developments, Kleindienst Group, Creative Zone, Dubai Sports City, Bloom Properties, Tiger Properties, Seven Tides, Binghatti Developers and Deyaar will be the other exhibitors. Mashreq Bank will be the official banking partner and Seal Real Estate Registration Agent LLC will be the official property transfer trustee, among others.
