July 3, 2024: Gurgaon-based real estate developer Ganga Realty has launched an uber-luxury housing project, Anantam, comprising the tallest residential towers in Gurgaon, featuring G+59 storey buildings. The project is expected to be delivered within the next five years, according to an official release.
Ganga Realty has announced that it will invest 1200 crore to develop the uber-luxury residential project Anantam in Sector 85, Gurgaon. The project is located near Dwarka Expressway, the Global City project and NH-8. It is also a 20-minute drive from IGI Airport.
Anantam will be spread across around 5.2975 acre and will include three towers. The company plans to achieve a sales target of Rs 2000 crore from the project.
Ganga Realty has derived the project’s funding from internal accruals and customer advances. It is the company’s second luxury housing venture after the success of its first uber-luxury project, Nandaka 84 located in Gurgaon Sector 84 in November 2023. It got oversubscribed within a day of its launch.
Vikas Garg, joint managing director, Ganga Realty, said, “Anantam mirrors our aspirations of promoting sustainable living made possible through the utilization of smart and calibrated technologies. Our project not only underscores bountiful luxurious developments but also represents the use of smart home features to upgrade the living experience of our users and customers through meticulous landscape designs, solar integration and smart home lighting, among numerous other features.”
The project will feature 3 and 4 BHK apartments along with a servant’s quarter and a utility room. The total number of units in the project will be 524 and the price range of units will start from Rs 16,500 per square foot (sqft). The unit sizes of 3 BHK + utility + servant will be 2392 sqft and 4 BHK + utility + servant will be 3101 sqft.
Garg added, “We are expecting to deliver the project in the next five years. The project offers excellent connectivity to IGI Airport, the Global City project, and important avenues of Delhi. With the project, we will develop the tallest residential towers in the recorded history of Gurugram and Delhi real estate. We seek to recreate a Dubai-styled living model in Gurugram with an intent to attract end-users wishful of ‘sky-high living’”.
The project will offer luxurious amenities such as a spacious state-of-the-art clubhouse spanning across 1 lakh sqft, along with separate indoor and outdoor sports clubs, a business centre, a dynamic socio club, a museum, a jewellery cafe lobby, and a knowledge park.
Anantam’s clubhouse will have wellness facilities such as 4 infinity pools, a gymnasium, a yoga room, an observatory deck, a wave pool, a sun lounger, an open-air bar and a restaurant with a cafe. Alongside that, the indoor sports club will feature elaborate spaces for new-age sports and fitness regimes such as table tennis, billiards, squash, pilates and a meditation room. The outdoor sports club will entail a cricket pitch, a badminton court, a jogging track, a basketball court, a skating rink, a kids’ play area, a yoga deck, a meditation area, a reflexology area, a Panchtatva park, a pet park, an open gym and a climbing wall.
The Dynamic Socio Club will incorporate a restaurant & cafe, a spa, a multi-purpose hall, and private meeting rooms. The business centre will include a dedicated desk, a full floor office space, and private offices whereas the knowledge park will comprise a library, a creativity centre, a museum and an artists’ corner.
The apartments at Anantam are installed with one-of-its-kind smart home systems such as smart speakers, smart lighting smart security, smart appliances, smart sensors and a durable network infrastructure.
Ganga Realty will install energy-efficient and sustainable implementations such as solar panel integration, water recycling systems, onsite water treatment, smart metres for water and electricity, high-performance glass facades, EV charging station, 5-layered smart AI-enabled security apparatus within its project to conserve energy and create a safe and secure indoor living environment.
The project will also feature a jewellery cafe, a cigar room & cafe, relaxation pods, 2 designer car parking, a meditation zone and 10 lifts within a single tower with dedicated lift lobbies for all apartments and 2 service lifts separately.
