Godrej Properties buys 60-acre land in Chennai’s Oragadam Junction

The project will have a developable potential of approximately 1.6 msf.

Real estate major Godrej Properties has purchased a 60-acre land parcel in Chennai’s Oragadam Junction. Estimated to have a developable potential of approximately 1.6 million sqft, the project will be primarily residential.

 Located between the Grand South Trunk road (GST road) and the NH-4, the area is connected  to other parts of the city via the Chennai Bypass Road, the Chennai Tiruvallur High Road and the Red Hills Road.
