Godrej Properties has entered into an agreement for development of premium residential apartments in 14.27 acre of land in Gurugram, Haryana. Strategically located, it has easy access to National Highway 48 and Northern Peripheral Road.
On the basis of the current business assumptions, Godrej Properties estimates revenue potential of this project as approximately Rs 3,000 crore
