Real estate developer Godrej Properties is gearing up to unveil its luxury residential project, Godrej Aristocrat, in Gurgaon, projecting an estimated revenue potential of approximately Rs 3,000 crore. Spanning 9.5 acre in Gurgaon’s Sector 49, the development will feature around 750 apartments, with the starting price of approximately Rs 4 crore per unit.
The real estate developer has initiated the process by inviting expressions of interest (EOI) from potential homebuyers and has already garnered over 1,200 EOIs. Reflecting robust growth, Godrej Properties achieved a 48% increase in sales bookings during the April-September period of 2023-24, reaching Rs 7,288 crore compared to Rs 4,929 crore in the corresponding period last year.
A substantial portion of the total sales, amounting to Rs 3,186 crore, was contributed by the Delhi-NCR market. Pirojsha Godrej, the executive chairperson of Godrej Properties, shared this information last month.
