Greater Noida Authority launches IT/ITES plot allotment scheme

Online registration for this scheme began on July 19 and will run until August 9.

July 22, 2024: The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) on July 19, 2024, announced the launch of a new land allotment scheme targeting the IT/ITES sector to meet the increasing investor demand. Online registration for this scheme, designed for Information Technology and Information Technology-Enabled Services companies, began on July 19 and will run until August 9.

 

This scheme offers four plots with a combined value of approximately Rs 233 crore based on the reserve price. If all plots are allotted, it is anticipated to attract around Rs 8,000 crore in investments and create job opportunities for 5,000 individuals. The plots are situated in Techzone and Knowledge Park-5, with the Techzone plots each measuring 48,567 square metres and the Knowledge Park-5 plots each measuring 8,080 square metres.

 

Detailed information, including the scheme brochure, is available on the GNIDA website and the State Bank of India web portal. Interested parties can apply online through these portals. The deadline for registration is August 9, with the last dates for submitting the processing fee and required documents set for August 7 and August 9, respectively.
