June 1, 2023: The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has launched a commercial plot scheme, offering 22 plots with a floor area ratio (FAR) of 4 at a reserve price of Rs 1,100 crore. These plots range from 2,313 to 11,500 square metre (sqm), according to officials.
The last date of registration for the plot scheme is June 19, 2023, while documents can be submitted till June 26, 2023. The last date for submission of the processing fee is June 22, 2023. Applicants must pay 10% of the total cost of the plot, as registration amount, at the time of application and 30% amount at the time of allotment.
Anand Vardhan, additional CEO, GNIDA, said the 22 commercial plots are located in seven sectors: Techzone 7, Ecotech 12, Sector 10, Sector 12, Alpha Commercial Belt, Alpha 2 and Delta 2. Out of 22 plots, four are in Sector 10, five in Sector 12, one in Alpha Commercial Belt, one in Techzone 7, one in Ecotech 12, and five each in Alpha 2 and Delta 2.
The option to download the brochure began on May 29, 2023. The allotment of these plots will be done through an e-auction only.
According to the officials, an FAR of 4 will be permitted for allottees. FAR refers to the ratio of the floor area in a structure to the area of the plot.
