Greater Noida sees over 3,000 flat registrations in 3 months: GNIDA

The GNIDA expects to register and offer possession of 6,000 flats by Diwali.

October 23, 2023: Over the last three months, 3,016 flats have been registered in Greater Noida, according to the statement of the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA). The authority’s registration and stamp duty department has earned Rs 86.61 crore during these three months.The authority expects to register and offer possession of 6,000 flats by Diwali.  

 

The GNIDA has organised a registration camp for those looking to register their properties during the auspicious period of Navratri. This camp has been set up within the authority premises and hundreds of homebuyers are taking advantage of this opportunity every day. According to an authority official, GNIDA will continue organising such camps to make registration convenient for homebuyers.
